Erin is a Holistic Nutritionist, Naturopath, mindfulness coach, wife, mother of two cheeky monkeys, volunteer, avid yogi, passionate cook, breastfeeding advocate & counsellor, lover of whole foods and herb geek.
She works with patients towards better health with an individualised, collaborative and complementary approach to treatment. No two treatments are the same as the factors contributing to each person's health are different. With a strong foundation in nutrition Erin uses food as medicine as much as possible and combines western herbal medicine, supplements and acute homeopathic prescribing where appropriate. She believes the body has an innate ability to heal itself given the right environment and tools. Erin focuses on finding the cause of illness and supports and nurtures the body, mind and soul back to health for optimal wellbeing.
Erin's Fave herb: "Oohh that's like asking me to pick my favourite child! But probably Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) it's an amazing adrenal tonic and traditionally had the catch-phrase of "strength for 100 husbands'' (now let's not be silly one is more than enough!) and I've seen it work it's magic on building women back up to embrace their inner wonder woman"
Erin's Why: "I just love seeing the confidence and vitality of my patients grow with the help of nature. Being well doesn't have to be hard or complicated and really I see my role as an educator and advocate for my patients being informed of their health choices. Sharing my knowledge and seeing it flick the switch of awareness in my patients gives me such a buzz & fulfillment"
